DYSLEXIA ASSESSMENT WITH PATOSS APC + DYSPRAXIA SCREENER
Service Description
Full assessment for dyslexia. If you feel you may have DYSPRAXIA/DCD, a full exploration and diagnostic interview will be given. You will be asked to collect information when possible from a parent or carer as part of the interview looking at your developmental history. The DCD screener does NOT give a formal diagnosis of DCD but is sufficient evidence for Disabled Students' Allowance Applications and for the workplace. The subsequent report is 30+ pages long and gives comprehensive recommendations.
Cancellation Policy
Please give as much notice as you can if you need to cancel or rebook an assessment. Deposits are non-refundable, unless we are able to fill your assessment booking.
