Service Description

This is a full Diagnostic Dyslexia Assessment for a child/ young person up to and including 15 years of age with Denise A. Hawkes (Patoss APC, BDA, MA, enhanced DBS) via Zoom. This assessment provides a formal diagnosis for dyslexia, if appropriate, which can be used throughout the young person's educational career. It can be used for the application of Disabled Student's Allowance in Higher Education. The assessment takes 3 hours. A full diagnostic assessment report is posted to you and electronic copy also provided if requested. This is a very comprehensive report and contains full recommendations for school and home. You will be asked to complete the Virtual Assessment Client Agreement prior to the assessment.
