DYSLEXIA ASSESS', DCD, ADHD SCREEN 16+

Service Description
This is a full assessment for dyslexia, and a screen for dyspraxia/DCD and ADHD for adults 16 YEARS OF AGE AND ABOVE. In addition to the dyslexia assessment, your visual perceptual skills will be measured alongside your motor skills, and ability to integrate the two. Observations will also be made based upon the diagnostic criteria for ADHD. You will be asked to complete a comprehensive questionnaire, which can also be completed by your family. You will be provided with a GP referral letter if ADHD or DCD seem likely and you are between 16-18. The following report is around 35+ pages long and has comprehensive recommendations for education, DSA and work. This may lead to a Workplace Needs Assessment, under the Disability Act 2010, and the report can be used as evidence for workplace support and DSA applications, extra time in exams etc.
