ZOOM ASSESSMENT WITH PATOSS APC CHILD SPECIALIST (VALID POST-16)
Service Description
This is a full Diagnostic Dyslexia Assessment for a child/ young person up to and including 15 years of age with a professionally qualified and experienced Patoss registered assessor. This assessment provides a formal diagnosis for dyslexia, if appropriate, which can be used throughout the young person's educational career. It can be used for the application of Disabled Student's Allowance in Higher Education. The assessment takes 3 hours. The subsequent report is 30+ pages long and contains full recommendations for school and home. You will be asked to complete the Virtual Assessment Client Agreement prior to the assessment.
Cancellation Policy
Please give as much notice as you can if you need to cancel or rebook an assessment. Deposits are non-refundable, unless we are able to fill your assessment booking.
