Service Description
Full assessment for dyslexia. If you feel you may have ADHD, a full exploration and diagnostic interview will be given. You will be asked to collect information when possible from a parent or carer as part of the interview looking at your developmental history. The screener does NOT give a formal diagnosis of ADHD but is sufficient evidence to add to Disabled Students' Allowance Applications and for the workplace. It can be used as evidence for referral for a formal diagnosis.
Cancellation Policy
Please give as much notice as you can if you need to cancel or rebook an assessment. Deposits are non-refundable, unless we are able to fill your assessment booking.
