Service Description
Full Diagnostic assessment for dyslexia. ADHD screen includes checklist, in-depth clinical record, observations and GP referral if appropriate. The dyslexia report can be used post-16. This is not an ADHD diagnosis. A dyslexia diagnosis is lifelong, and can be later used for University DSA appicaitons and DWP Access to Work.

Please give as much notice as you can if you need to cancel or rebook an assessment. Deposits are non-refundable, unless we are able to fill your assessment booking.
