Service Description
This is a full assessment for dyslexia, and a screen for dyspraxia/DCD and ADHD for children between the ages of 7 to 15 inclusive. In addition to the dyslexia assessment, your child's visual perceptual skills will be measured alongside their motor skills, and ability to integrate the two. Observations will also be made based upon the diagnostic criteria for ADHD. You will be asked to complete a comprehensive questionnaire, which can also be completed by your child's school. You will be provided with a GP referral letter if ADHD or DCD seem likely. The following report is around 35+ pages long and has comprehensive recommendations for home, school and the future.
