Service Description
This is a full Diagnostic Dyslexia Assessment for a child/ young person up to and including 15 years of age with a registered British Dyslexia Association and Patoss Assessor. This assessment provides a formal diagnosis for dyslexia, if appropriate, which can be used throughout the young person's educational career. It can be used as evidence towards an EHCP application or POST 16 for a Disabled Student's Allowance application in Higher Education OR Access to Work application. The assessment takes 3 as hours. A full diagnostic assessment report is written. This is a very comprehensive report and contains full recommendations for school and home. Access is very easy and parking available locally. Once children are settled, parents may leave or stay in the adjoining rooms for refreshments.
