DYSLEXIA ASSESSMENT + DCD SCREEN 7-15

Service Description
Full assessment for dyslexia. If you feel your child (7-15 INCL) may have DCD, a full exploration will also be made. A referral to a GP for further investigation will be made if the information given and observations made suggest the presence of DCD. We use the Beery 6, and will pass results to a GP. We do not diagnose dyspraxia/DCD. this requires a medical assessment
Cancellation Policy
Please give as much notice as you can if you need to cancel or rebook an assessment. Deposits are non-refundable, unless we are able to fill your assessment booking.
