Service Description

This is a full Diagnostic Dyslexia Assessment for a child/ young person up to and including 15 years of age with a registered Patoss Assessor. This assessment provides a formal diagnosis for dyslexia, if appropriate, which can be used throughout the young person's educational career. It can be used as evidence towards an EHCP application or POST 16 for a Disabled Student's Allowance application in Higher Education OR Access to Work application. The assessment takes 3 as hours. A full diagnostic assessment report is posted to you and electronic copy also provided if requested. This is a very comprehensive report and contains full recommendations for school and home. Access is very easy and client parking available. Once children are settled, parents may leave or stay in the adjoining room for refreshments. Payment can be made in advance or on the day (VISA card/BACS/cash).
